SHIPPING & COLLECTION POLICY

Delivery: Delivery in Mainland UK (standard) will take 5- 7 days.

Delivery costs £3.50 for orders under £50, and FREE for orders over £50.

Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays).

Please email jarcandleco@yahoo.com about delivery to Ireland, Scottish Isles and International destinations, as postage costs vary.

Collection: Free collection is available from Ayr and Kilmarnock. Please email jarcandleco@yahoo.com with your name and order number to organise a collection date and time.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns/ Refunds: As much as we would love to have an online 'scratch and sniff' to allow you to smell our individual scents before purchase, unfortunately this is not possible. Due to this, we therefore cannot accept returns due to personal preference and a scent not being to your liking. If, however, your product has arrived damaged (please see below our handmade policy/ what constituents as damage) then we ask that you email us at: jarcandleco@yahoo.com with photographic evidence of damage for us to judge on a case-by-case basis whether your query merits an exchange or refund.

Handmade policy: At Jar Candle Co. all of our candles are 100% handmade. Some candles may have minor imperfections and colours may vary slightly. Please be aware that 'frosting' may occur- this is a natural characteristic of soy wax and does not affect the candle's performance in any way.
